Shipping Policy Loranne Luxe

At Loranne Luxe, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We'll always keep you in the loop.

Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery takes 7–9 business days to any destination worldwide. Please note that this is an estimate delays caused by customs clearance, local carriers, or public holidays are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund or cancellation.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with us.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any customs duties or import taxes that apply in your country are the responsibility of the customer. Loranne Luxe is not liable for these additional charges.

Refunds for Non-Delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of the order date, you may be eligible for a refund. To submit a request, email us at contact@loranneluxe.com
 with your order number and any relevant details.

Refund requests made before the 12 business day window has passed will not be processed. This gives enough time for carrier delivery, which can sometimes run toward the outer end of the estimated timeframe.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
