Refunds for Non-Delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of the order date, you may be eligible for a refund. To submit a request, email us at contact@loranneluxe.com with your order number and any relevant details.

Refund requests made before the 12 business day window has passed will not be processed. This gives enough time for carrier delivery, which can sometimes run toward the outer end of the estimated timeframe.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
